Full renovation of a penthouse.
A 50 m² penthouse in the Eixample, once divided up and dark, opened from end to end so that the light from the terrace reaches every corner. The kitchen now flows into the living room, and a large oak unit organises the storage, hides the washing machine and doubles as the headboard.
A short, warm palette of sand-coloured microcement, natural oak and linen lets the small space read as a single, serene whole.
